The Russian Museum of Ethnography is devoted to the nations of Russia. There are more than 150 nationalities in the country, who speaks various languages. It was established in 1901 as an ethnography department of the Russian Museum. The collection of the Ethnography museum counts more than 500.000 objects, symbols, signs of ethnic and folk culture of the native peoples of Russia.

- Museum is closed on Mondays, and every last friday of the month.
